Start Process

Matter Review

Assess your CDA-related matter — plot file, transfer status, NOC requirement, violation notice, or civic complaint — and determine the relevant CDA wing

1-2 days

CDA Filing

Submit application to the relevant CDA directorate — Estate Management, Building Control, Planning Wing, or Environment Wing as appropriate

1-2 days

Resolution & Delivery

Secure approval, transfer letter, mutation entry, NOC, or complaint resolution and collect all processed documents from CDA

1-3 days

Documentation

Prepare required documents including allotment letter, sale deed, NOC applications, site plans, CNIC copies, power of attorney (if applicable), and CDA prescribed forms

3-5 days

Departmental Liaison

Regular follow-up with concerned CDA officers, attend hearings if required, respond to any queries or additional document requests

2-6 weeks
